Institutional credit first. Digital infrastructure second.

Assets and credit structure come first. The token records an investor’s position — it is not the source of its value.

Legal structure

Separate entities, separate functions

A BVI issuer issues, registers and redeems its own tokens. A UK company originates and services the loans. Custody sits with banks and custodians. Each strategy has its own pool.

Legal & regulatory framework

Developed with specialist counsel, including Mourant in the British Virgin Islands and Dentons on relevant transaction and regulatory matters. Legal and transaction materials may be made available to eligible investors, subject to confidentiality, disclosure and reliance restrictions.

  • The issuer does not hold investor money or tokens, service loans or give advice
  • Subscriptions in fiat, USDC or USDT through bank-approved collection or custody
  • Proceeds reach BridgingFi plc under intra-group funding arrangements
